Alexandra Levasseur’s plastic practice proposes two dissimilar but not contradictory readings. A multidisciplinary artist, she paints, sculpts, and animates driven by a deep interest in, on the one hand, a scientific approach to the relationship between humankind and nature, and, on the other, the mythological, even mystical interpretation that one can draw from it.
